I love your website and even more so the art. I recently returned from arizona with a 150 year old bull skull adorned with turquoise, hematite, and garnet, and rattlesnake skin. I purchased it from an Apache gentlemen. He told me that the piece was created by an artist named Bear Claw, signed by a painted footprint of a bearclaw. I was immediatly impressed by the beauty and work of the piece. However i have been unable to procure any history or bio on the artist himself, Bear Claw. Is there anything you could know about this artist? I can send you a photo of the piece? I beleive he was of a smaller tribe called campech or something like that. ill check spelling and get back with you on the sub-tribe. Please, any information would b useful and well appreciated. We love and treasure the piece.
